Yoga for Fybromyalgia Relief

If you live with Fibromyalgia or other immune system deficiencies, the thought of movement can be overwhelming. This three class therapeutic yoga series will teach you how to move your body in soothing, gentle ways while calming your nervous system away from the triggers that often cause fibromyalgia attacks. You'll learn techniques to help reduce stress, inflammation and pain while increasing mobility and function. This series includes gentle movements and is safe and effective even if you have never practiced yoga.
