Tuesdays 7 pm Intro to Vinyasa - All are welcomed!
Each week the vinyasa sequence is broken down into its foundational components, giving you the opportunity to discover the fundamental power of vinyasa practice. First-time practitioners will find these classes even more accessible and understandable and will discover a sustainable complement to other forms of yoga. Experienced vinyasa yogis will reunite with familiar poses in a deeper way while clarifying alignment and practicing with greater awareness and intentional self-study. Topics include: Breath and Movement, Standing Poses, Front-body Opening, Twists and Arm Strength, and more! All are invited.
