The practice of vinyasa yoga invites us into a state of flow with our physical being, breath rhythm and subtle body energies. In this workshop we will study the signature transition postures of vinyasa to support you in skillful action, safe alignment and sustainability of your practice. Additionally, through the teachings of yoga we will explore transitions as gateways to transformation and refine our approach to transition as a state of moving meditation.
