Restorative Yoga

with Sheila Burns and Nora Beckjord and Tina Graham

A powerful and restorative yoga that releases muscle tension starting at the base of the spine and moving upward. By the end of your first class you will feel the changes in your body; greater flexibility, relief from neck, shoulder and back pain, reduced stress, greater energy and mental clarity, deeper sleep. 75 or 90 minute class. This class is appropriate for all levels including beginners. Everyday, Monday through Friday at 10 am/Thursdays 7 pm /Saturdays 9 am/Sundays 8:30 am and 10:30 am.

Strengthen and Restore

with Sheila Burns

In this class, restorative and classical hatha yoga poses are sequenced with breath to build strength and release muscle tension and stiffness. Moving the body in every direction, students will be guided to find the ease and "sweetness" in every pose. This class is appropriate for all levels and GREAT FOR BEGINNERS. 75 minutes Sundays 12 noon

Slow Flow Vinyasa

This all-level vinyasa class creates a sacred, meditative space and flows through postures with mindful intention. A combination of salutations, standing flows, seated postures, meditation and deep relaxation, Slow Flow Vinyasa is a perfect way to wind down your day or your weekend. 75 minutes Tuesdays 8:30 am and Sundays 5 pm.  

Vinyasa Yoga

Adam Frydenlund, Sara Wait and Becca Cerra

Awaken the body and ignite the breath in this 75-minute vinyasa class. Synchronizing breath to movement, we will explore poses that strengthen, detoxify and calm. Balanced sequences with specific attention to alignment include sun salutations, standing and seated postures. Variations of postures will be offered to meet and support students where they are in their individual practice; this class is suitable for all-levels. Mondays,Wednesdays and Thursdays 5:30 pm/Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8:30 am/Saturdays 11 am.


Vinyasa Flow

with Ann Griffin

In this class we maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but consist of sun salutations, standing poses, twists, back bends, inversions, and seated poses. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind.Modifications and props are provided to help students access the poses safely and effectively. Your body opens to its full expression of strength and suppleness with a deeper and more nourishing breath. Fridays 5:30 pm.

Yoga for Men

Men need yoga as much if not more than women! Join this class designed especially for men, concentrating on areas of tightness and weakness (hips and low back, upper back). This class is appropriate for all levels of experience and beginner-friendly. 75 minute class Tuesdays 5:30 pm.

Intro to Vinyasa

with Andrea Wollenberg

Through intentional, dynamic sequencing, students will learn the foundations of vinyasa yoga. This class will explore alignment principles, breath rhythm, and the use of props to enhance and support the postures. This class provides students with the opportunity to develop a strong, sustainable practice in a supportive environment. Great for beginners who are seeking to build a safe practice and supportive to intermediate/advanced practitioners who want to get back to the basics and refine foundational postures. Modifications will be offered based on individual needs. Tuesdays 7 pm


New Moon Women's Gathering

with Rebecca Curland

Throughout the ages, the new moon has been a time when women have gathered to honor the cycle of new beginnings, to create intentions and prayers and to support each other in the manifestation of that which will nourish their life’s path. This class will gather once a month on the Friday nearest to the new moon to embark on a ritualized journey that may include breath exercises, chanting, slow flowing yoga postures, meditation, visualization, journaling, deep relaxation and opportunities to speak your truth in a safe, sacred space. Each month will have a clear theme connecting the flow of the class to the cycle of the seasons and current potent astrological events. All levels of practice are welcome and supported; please bring a journal and pen. Women only, 90-minute class, one Friday, once each quarter near Equinox and Solstice.  7-9 pm.

Classical Hatha Yoga

with Becca Cerra

Trained in India, Becca brings an authentic feel and understanding to her Classical Hatha Yoga classes. The class begins with a short opening mantra chanted in traditional call and response, followed by a warm-up of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). The main portion of the class is static postures, held for up to one minute. This 75 minute class will build focus, strength and stamina. Thursdays 8:30 am.

Warm Yoga and Warm Fusion

with Adam Frydenlund

These 75 minute classes are done in a room heated to 85 degrees. Including Vinyasa-style flowing postures, static postures, and a sequence that strengthens, balances and brings flexibility to the whole body, these classes will challenge you and yet are accessible for beginners. Warm Fusion includes more vinyasa, Warm Yoga includes more static postures. Adam's skill and approach to teaching include body/mind/spirit.  Mondays and Fridays at 8:30 am.
